What is a Pentathlon?

In swimming, a Pentathlon is typically 5 races: 100s of each stroke, followed by a 200 IM. We are also offering a Pentathlon “Lite”: 50s of each stroke, followed by a 100 IM.

Individual ranking is then based on the total time of those five swims.

Of course, if you want to come swim some races, but not necessarily a full Pentathlon, please join us!  All are welcome to enter up to 5 individual events of their choice.  We have a great pool with wonderful windows.  Hopefully we can capture some sunshine as we celebrate the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox--aka Groundhog’s Day!
