Sounds like the meet was fun and fast this weekend... 3 MN masters records were set (unofficial at the moment) along with many smiles covered up by face masks. Amy Parratto, of Riptide Masters, set a record in the 60-64 100 back; 1:23.75 bettering the previous record by .10 set in 2012 by Sharon L-Sheridan. On the mens side James Kochendorfer, of the ever growing and very popular Relaykers team, set two records;  60-64 50 breast 29.55 and 60-64 100 breast 1:05.48. Amazing tidbit - James just set the previous records at our November meet. Less than 5 months later dropped a huge amount of time and don't forget that some 6 weeks in that timeframe the MN pools were closed! Personally I would like to know what his training looks like! Congrats you two! Thank you to everyone that participated in our Covid safe event. Swim meets are a big part of MN Masters Swimming and we relish the thought that soon (hopefully) we can offer more meet opportunities with more swimmers and more socializing!
