Fitness
Swimming is a great form of exercise. Obviously our favorite! A USMS membership includes daily written workouts of all types: basic, triathlon, expectant/new mothers, stroke/IM, high intensity, high volume, and open water.
Camaraderie
Best part of swimming is the swim friends we make! Build friendships and network with adult swimmers from all walks of life. We have active members from 18 to over 90 years of age!
Competition
There are over 60,000 members of USMS and over 1,000 in Minnesota and our three counties of Western Wisconsin. Compete with fellow swimmers in your age group and set your goals! Aim for personal best times in your age group, records, or USMS Top Ten rankings.
Travel
Want to get away? There will be masters meets all over the globe again. Another great option if you are traveling on business or for pleasure, you can often "drop in" with a local Masters practice. Use the Club Finder link to locate one.
